Well, in the rural communities you might have a little distance to drive, but you end up being in the car the same amount of time since there isn’t an issue with traffice.

Answer - There are several long time locals that have many generations from their town. But it really depends on which small town you pick. There is something for everyone. Yes, you can find a small town where everyone is from that town and will die in that town. Yet, there are several small towns that have a small town atmostphere, yet are filled with moveins from other areas. And then you have everything in between. Even in these towns with moveins, you will still find that small town feel. We recommend that you visit a few different places to decide which type of small town you want to live in.
